By renting a vehicle from <strong>JCCANAM<\/strong>, the client agrees to comply with these Conditions of Use of the Car.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.2. The client agrees to use the vehicle safely and responsibly, complying with all traffic laws and local regulations in Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Reservations and Vehicle Pickup<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.1. The vehicle will be available for pickup at the location and time agreed upon in the reservation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.2. Customer must present a copy of the reservation and a valid driver\u2019s license at the time of vehicle pickup.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Authorized Drivers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.1. Only drivers authorized on the rental agreement and who meet the age and driver\u2019s license requirements will be able to operate the vehicle.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Use of the Vehicle<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.1. The vehicle will be used only for personal and tourist purposes. Its use is not permitted for illegal activities, racing, towing other vehicles, or outside of Puerto Rico without prior authorization.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Care and Maintenance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.1. The customer is responsible for keeping the vehicle in good condition. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Return of the Vehicle<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.1. The vehicle must be returned at the location and time agreed upon in the rental contract.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.2. The customer must return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Fuel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.1. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was at the time of pickup. Otherwise, charges will apply for refueling the missing fuel.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Fines and Sanctions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.1. The customer is responsible for paying all traffic fines, tolls and penalties related to the use of the vehicle during the rental period.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Insurance and Damages<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9.1. JCCANAM offers insurance to cover vehicle damage and personal injuries. Coverage details will be provided in the rental agreement.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Fees and Charges<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10.1. Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges associated with the vehicle rental, including applicable taxes.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Modifications to the Contract<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">11.1. Any modification to the rental contract must be agreed to by both parties and documented in writing.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Early Return<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">12.1.
